Rama Trident, Katra

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Rama Trident, Katra. The hotel is located in the heart of the city which makes it very easy to visit spots like Jammu, Banganga, Mata Vaisnodevi which is ideal for the pilgrims and travelers. The hotel is family friendly. The moment I arrived with my family I was warmly greeted by Rohit Raj, the receptionist who ensured that our stay was comfortable . His exceptional customer service truly made a difference in our stay. The room has a good mountain view that was very refreshing every morning. The room was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. The room service was prompt and efficient and the food served was delicious it had both varieties and quality. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Additionally the hotel provides taxi services which makes it more convenient for the guests to travel around. Overall, I had a great experience staying here and would highly recommend anyone visiting Katra for pilgrimage or just to explore the area then you can definitely stay here with your family or friends.

To begin with, I really liked the warm staff at the property. As a traveller, that’s the first thing that I seek and was glad to receive one of the best hospitality. In addition to staff, food provided for breakfast and dinner including our 7 AM bed teas was great. From a location point of view, hotel is just 5-7 mins away from Railway station and around 10-12 mins away from Banganga. I was travelling with my parents and Rohit Raj being the super sweet manager, guided us with the best yatra means, shops nearby and even provided us with two complimentary drops - till Banganga and then till Railway station. Lastly, as we’d booked the triple sharing room, it complimented with my needs of having a double bed and a single bed perfectly. The room was big enough, clean and bedsheets were fresh and the view was breathtaking!

The hotel is conveniently located in Katra close to the railway station and bus stand. The room was pretty neat and clean. The restaurant offered a reasonable variety of food. The staff were helpful. It’s good value for money.

The hotel is at a good location. The staff is really helpful and supportive. Food served is really nice. Without onion and garlic they are serving delicious food. Room service is good. We had a comfortable and wonderful stay.

I haven't sufficient time to have otherwise i would have love to do that & must say gonna have good, maybe next time will have for sure. It was my random plan for vashnau devi mata darshan and i booked a room in this hotel they arranged everything my yatra ticket and a drop and a proper guidence to begin for the yatra staff is really nice supportive in every need and safety purpose tooi would like to specially thanks reception manager mr. Rohit for the special help in early check-in on the day generally every hotel gives 12pm but as i reached bit early he nicely arranged for my journey & supported in very rash time 15th august 2022, it was all possible with your team support thanks alot keep up good humanity & mata rani bless you all.
